Blueprint Of An Small Office

Sharp! Sopa de lima.

share of Mexico Shinju slowly coming to an end. I had a lot of plans and ideas associated with it, but the notorious lack of time to effectively thwarted my projects most of them. End of the shares does not mean, however, for me farewell with Mexico. The country's cuisine because I like very much and often I'll definitely come back to it.
The culinary trip to Mexico Shinju , Eve and I met again in August in the kitchen. This time we prepared originated in the Yucatan cuisine Sopa de Lima . This inconspicuous soup, the favorite recipe I found here, looks a little like the Polish chicken soup, but it does not let you zwedzie. How to (almost) all that mexican is hot as hell and slightly sour thanks to the addition of lime. Tortilla strips, which is usually added to soups as a garnish, soften it a little flavor. But only a little.

Sopa de Lima
Ingredients:
(for 8 people, I did with the middle portion)
- about 2 liters chicken broth
- 5 single
chicken breasts - 1 large red onion, cut into quarters
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 g dried oregano
- 6 g salt
- 2 g ground black pepper
- pinch suszoneg
thyme - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 large green chili pepper, cleaned of seeds and chopped (Dalam two male)
- 2 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- lime juice 6 + 1 / 2 lime
- 25 g chopped coriander leaves
- tortilla tortillas cut into strips for decoration (I did not, so I skipped)

Boil chicken broth, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and thyme. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, until meat is ready. Remove the chicken from the pot, cut into pieces for a bite and move back into the soup.
in a frying pan, over medium heat, heat oil and fry the chilli and onion for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook until softened. Translate the contents of skillet into a pot of soup, add the lime juice and half lime juice, cook on low heat for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, remove the lime, add the chopped coriander. Serve decorated with strips of tortilla.
