Whiteheads On My Tummy

After a couple of beautiful, warm and sunny weeks of rain finally comes. And not just any. Drops the size of pea seeds fall down almost horizontally, lashed by a gusty wind. found in Dorothy , has long been on my list of recipes to try. But the halva in the UK is not cheap, but about curd not easy, it put off indefinitely. And finally the opportunity presented itself: Andzia brought me to the Polish Pulley disputes halva, and shortly afterwards I found myself quite by chance near the Polish shop and purchased curd for cheesecakes, so in the bucket, because the grinder did not have.
What is the cheesecake? Surely a little different than all. It has a heavy, compacted structure and intensely chalwowy taste. The best is probably the icing, which - I admit, without breaking - I could wyjadac spoons of pot. Reduced the amount of sugar a little, that cheesecake was not mdlaco sweet, and I believe that a well-done. Those who are fond of halva, I recommend heartily.

chalwowy Cheesecake Ingredients for
from:
- 100 g digestive biscuits
- 40 g melted butter cookies

Cheese mass:
- 800 g of cottage cheese, ground at least twice (I used cottage cheese in cheesecakes from the bucket)
- 3 / 4 cup caster sugar to baked goods (Dalam 1 / 2 cup)
- 4 large eggs
- 125 ml double cream
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 300 g of sesame halva with any taste, crushed on the thicker pieces (I used vanilla)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract or seeds from 1 vanilla pod

All ingredients should be at room temperature.
grate cheese and sugar in mixer bowl, add eggs, one at a time, mixing briefly after each addition. Add remaining ingredients, mix to their connection. At the end with a spatula stir in crushed halva. Pour the Cookie from, equalize.
Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Working on the bottom shelf dish filled with water. At higher polowyc form of cheesecakes. Bake for about 1 hour, leave to cool slightly tilted in the oven, remove the, leave to cool until the end.

chalwowa Icing:
- 150 g of sesame halva of any flavor in it (vanilla)
- 125 ml double cream

Halva crumble and place in a small pot. Pastry and mix to add that there was no lumps (like Dorothy, mixed by blender). Heat to a slightly thickened sauce, stirring to August is not burnt.
