What comes to your head, When you hear the word "breakfast"? Sandwich with cheese and ham? Scrambled eggs with chives? Porridge?
In Turkey the popular answer would be: menemen. This dish consisting of peppers, tomatoes, onions, chili and eggs, fried in a pan and served with bread, I immediately associated the me with huevos Rancheros Mexican and Arabic shakshouka , so I knew for sure will be delicious.

Ingredients:
